Shipping Information

Shipping Carriers: USPS, DHL, EMS, and local postal services.

Order Processing Time:
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing. Orders placed on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time ( processing time not included ):

  • United States: 2–3 business days

  • Vietnam: 1–3 business days

  • International: 20–25 business days

Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated as a flat rate per order, regardless of the number of items:

  • United States: $6.95

  • Vietnam: $3.95

  • International: $19.99

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. It may take 1–3 business days for tracking information to appear after the package is scanned by the shipping carrier.

If you cannot find tracking updates, it means your parcel is still being processed by the carrier. Please allow some time before trying again.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

We are also not responsible for any loss, theft, or delays if the final-mile carrier is asked to forward or redirect your package after it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
