Return Shipping
The return shipping label will be handled by our shipping partner and will be attached to the package. You will receive the return label via email. Please ensure you check the return order number provided to avoid any confusion or potential fraud. -

The return package must be sent to the following address:

Please do not return any item without prior authorization from our support team. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded. Make sure to follow the return instructions carefully to avoid any issues with your return.

Refund Processing
Refunds are issued within 2 business days after we receive the returned item. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed. The refund will include the full cost of the item and the original shipping fee.
Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take 10–15 business days for the refund to appear in your account. If you do not see the refund after this period, please contact your bank or email us for further assistance.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. All customers are required to carefully confirm product details such as size, design, and shipping address before placing an order.
However, fastest Way to Get What You Want
To ensure you get the item you desire, the quickest option is to return the item you currently have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 3-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your purchase is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason, without needing to provide justification.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it—unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that this policy applies only to items such as small wooden figurines that are in their original, undamaged condition.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of purchase. After this time, the order may already be in production or in transit and cannot be canceled.
