We accept return or refund requests within 30 days of delivery in the following cases:

  • The figurine you received is not the design or character you ordered.

  • The size or material does not match what was described on our website.

  • The product has a clear manufacturing defect beyond the natural variations of handcrafted wood.

2. When Returns Are Not Accepted

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Slight variations in wood color, grain, or carving details (these are natural features).

  • Items that have been used, displayed outdoors, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Change-of-mind purchases once the figurine has been shipped and received in perfect condition.

3. How to Start a Return

  • Include your order number, clear photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue.

  • Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.

4. Return Shipping

  • If your return is approved due to damage or our error, we’ll cover the return shipping costs and send you a prepaid label.

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 2 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Refunds cover the product price and original shipping fee (if applicable).

6. Exchanges

Because each figurine is made individually, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different design, the fastest way is to return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
