The product has a clear manufacturing defect beyond the natural variations of handcrafted wood.
2. When Returns Are Not Accepted
We cannot accept returns for:

Slight variations in wood color, grain, or carving details (these are natural features).

Items that have been used, displayed outdoors, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Change-of-mind purchases once the figurine has been shipped and received in perfect condition.
3. How to Start a Return

Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.
4. Return Shipping

If your return is approved due to damage or our error, we’ll cover the return shipping costs and send you a prepaid label.
5. Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 2 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Refunds cover the product price and original shipping fee (if applicable).
6. Exchanges
Because each figurine is made individually, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different design, the fastest way is to return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
