Return Timeframe

Conditions for Return
To qualify for a return, items must:

Be unused and in their original condition.

Not be worn, washed, modified, or damaged (except for manufacturing defects).

Be returned in protective packaging to avoid damage in transit.

How to Request a Return

Our support team will respond within 2–3 business days. If your request is approved, we will send the return address and instructions.

Carefully pack the item and return it using a trackable shipping service.

Send us the tracking number or a photo of the return receipt.

Once we receive your return, we will begin processing your refund.
Please do not return any item without prior authorization from our support team. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are not responsible for return shipping fees in approved return cases.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued within 2 business days after we receive the returned item. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed. The refund will include the full cost of the item and the original shipping fee.
Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take 10–15 business days for the refund to appear in your account. If you do not see the refund after this period, please contact your bank or email us for further assistance.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. All customers are required to carefully confirm product details such as size, design, and shipping address before placing an order.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of purchase. After this time, the order may already be in production or in transit and cannot be canceled.
